hello everyone,
i have made it safeley to honduras and am really enjoying my time here. i am currentyl at an internet cafe in tegucigalpa with val so i will have to make this a short post. i will start the schooling for the boys on monday and i will be involved with helping a sunday school class on sunday another class on saturday. i will be working with the youth of the communtiy so i am very excited. i will have to continue to work on my spanish. hopefully withinn the next few weeks i wil learn some praise songs in spanish and be able to help lead som worship on saturday and sunday mornings. it has been a vert interesting and eye opening experience so far. i feel less safe in honduraas and feel the need to be more cautious than i ever had to be in belize. the schuberts faith is amazing and inspiring to me. they have let go of their life in the states to truely minister in a 3rd world country putting thier lives in danger. it is so cool how they are obedient to christ no matter what. i have come to accept the danger and am content with gods protection. please pray for all of our safety. i have been reading a lot more which has been really good for me. my title of this post has become my new saying. in a lot of situations which may seem troubling or odd for an american i simply say duh.... its honduras. like when water leaks through the ceiling in my room, or when a car is driving on the wrong side of the road about to get in a head on accident duh its honduras. i am truely loving it hear and i am so thankful that god has called me here and that he raised support for me through his church. i know that i was called here and it brings me extreme amount of joy to know that i am following his will in my life. when i begin to think about the people places and activities i miss this joy gets me through the night. how great is our god who communicates his desire for us if we have the patience to listen. well i think i am going to get going now. i apologize for the spelling and grammer errors but i am in a hurry because we have to be in church in 15 minutes. i dont know when the next time i will be able to post will be so if you have questions leave them and i will get back to you. i love you and miss you all. thank you for all the support(prayer, financial, and emotional). go cubs and go bears. peace out from honduras. be good and let god take control.

Hey Kenny-
We miss you so much. I am so proud of the work you are doing, I just wish you had been called to Naperville :) The kids are great. Alex and Samantha miss you lots and say hi! Everytime we go to g-pa's Samantha gets excited and says "yea, Kenny's here" b/c she sees ur van. I told her she'll see you when the snow comes, so every morning she looks for snow. I then realized i probably shouldn't have said that being that we live in Chicago and it has been know to snow in October. We pray for you everyday and can't wait 'til it snows. Please be safe!
ALL our LOVE,
The Deane Circus
